Weekly Classes
Midweek Chill
Following the Fringe.Yoga Method and timetable, these deeply relaxing classes are a combination of a much slower flow and therapeutic yin.
Yin is a slow-paced and nurturing style of yoga focussing on holding poses for several minutes to target the deeper connective tissue as well as hydrate the body’s fascial network. This practice allows time to yield into each pose and enter a calm and meditative state of mind.
Beginner Yoga Classes
Accessible classes for beginner and intermediate level. Following the Fringe.Yoga method.
Yoga for Breast Cancer
Currently available as a private class in person or via Zoom.
Yoga to help navigate a breast cancer diagnosis.
Classes are adapted to each stage of where you are in your own diagnosis. We focus on breath work, gentle movement, building strength, stimulating the lymphatic system and relaxation to assist with recovery from surgery and ease the side effects of treatment / long term medication. Alternatively, a more restorative practice to calm the breath and allow the body to relax on a deeper level.
1:1 and Small Groups
1:1
I guide you through a vinyasa flow following the Fringe.Yoga Method* or tailor the practice to suit your requirements on that particular day.
Small groups
Classes are a combination of dynamic vinyasa and therapeutic yin and will include pranayama, movement at your own pace and a nourishing Savasana.
Classes at fringe.yoga
I also teach/cover larger classes at Fringe.Yoga in Epping. Book via Fringe.Yoga website or Momence

Book an introductory yoga lesson
I offer a complementary introductory lesson (in person or via Zoom) if you would like to learn more.
This includes a brief chat to explain the Fringe.Yoga Method or a Yoga for Cancer class, understand your previous experience and any considerations to note.
