Book a Class
Following the Fringe.Yoga Method, classes are a combination of dynamic vinyasa and therapeutic yin and will include pranayama, movement at your own pace and a nourishing Savasana.
Working with the elements on a four week rotation: Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each element connects with a chakra and focuses on different areas of the body.
Currently teaching small groups and 1:1 in my garden studio (mixed abilities). Select your choice from the options shown.
