I offer an introductory call via Zoom or over the phone.

This includes a brief chat to explain the Fringe.Yoga Method and how it is adapted for the styles of yoga I teach - Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga for Cancer and Chair Yoga.

The call also gives the opportunity to discuss how I can support you.

Weekly Group Classes

Following the Fringe.Yoga Method, classes are a combination of dynamic vinyasa and therapeutic yin and will include pranayama, movement at your own pace and a nourishing Savasana.

Working with the elements on a four week rotation: Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each element connects with a chakra and focuses on different areas of the body.

Currently teaching up to 3 people in my studio at home (mixed abilities).

Indoor yoga or meditation space with two yoga mats, bolsters, and blocks. Natural light coming through sheer curtains, wooden floor, and decorative wall hangings.

I guide you through a vinyasa flow following the Fringe.Yoga Method or tailor the practice to suit your requirements on that particular day.

Examples include:

  • Restorative/Yin style practice

  • Breaking down a particular pose and going “back to basics”

  • Pranayama (Breath work)

  • Meditation

  • Stimulating the Lymphatic System

  • Advice on use of props during recovery from surgery
