About Me…

Hi, I’m Leah.

I have practiced yoga for a number of years and found a deeper connection to my personal practice since navigating a breast cancer diagnosis from July 2021. When I was unable to practice the physical aspect of yoga during extensive treatment/surgery, I focused on meditation, breath-work and yoga nidra. I currently enjoy a full practice and have a greater appreciation of how yoga can empower, heal and be made accessible to all.

During the latter part of treatment, I completed my 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training with Fringe.Yoga and launched truly.madly.yoga. Since becoming qualified as a Yoga Teacher, I have completed further training in “Yoga for Cancer” and “Yin with MFR”. I am always keen to learn more to be able to share with my clients.

From my studio in Hatfield Heath, I offer weekly classes in both Vinyasa and Yin, as well as offering a Bespoke option for 1:1 and small groups. Yoga for Cancer classes are currently offered as a private lesson (up to 3 people in person) or via Zoom. I also teach at Fringe.Yoga in Epping.

My style is perfect for those who enjoy a slower and more nourishing pace, are completely new to yoga, recovering from injury, or navigating cancer and the side effects of long term medication.
