About Me

Hi, I’m Leah.

I have practiced yoga for a number of years and found a deeper connection to my personal practice since navigating a breast cancer diagnosis from July 2021. When I was unable to practice the physical aspect of yoga during extensive treatment/surgery, I focused on meditation, breath-work and yoga nidra. I currently enjoy a full practice and have a greater appreciation of how yoga can empower, heal and be made accessible to all.

During the latter part of treatment, I completed Yoga Teacher Training with Fringe.Yoga and launched truly.madly.yoga. Since becoming qualified as a Yoga Teacher, I have completed further training including ‘Yoga for Cancer’ and ‘Yin with MFR’. I am always keen to learn more to be able to share with my clients.

My style is perfect for those who enjoy a slower and more nourishing pace, are completely new to yoga, recovering from injury, or navigating cancer and the side effects of long term medication.

I offer a range of classes and 1:1 experiences from my studio in Hatfield Heath (also available via Zoom).
