Wooden heart-shaped sign hanging on a wall with the text "Yoga In Progress Please Do Not Disturb" and an illustration of a person in a yoga pose. Two fabric hanging organizers or bags are also hanging from hooks on the wall, one in dark brown and the other in light beige.
A woman sitting cross-legged on a yoga mat in a room, smiling. She is wearing a black top with heart designs on the front and blue leopard print leggings. There is a window with greenery outside behind her and a wooden shelf with books and decorations to her side.

Yoga for Breast Cancer

At my studio in Hatfield Heath or via Zoom

I currently offer these classes as a 1:1 at my home studio or via Zoom. My aim is to help you build a personal toolkit for your own cancer journey. In particular to help ease the side effects from treatment / long term medication, build back strength, increase range of movement and learn to trust your body again.

Yoga for Breast Cancer

I found many resources of benefit to me as I navigated my own diagnosis of Invasive Lobular Breast Cancer in 2021/22. I was very keen to get back to my previous yoga practice and studio. I learn how to help myself heal post surgery (mastectomy, axillary clearance, DIEP reconstruction) and during follow up treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, target and endocrine treatment)

I have since qualified as a Yoga Teacher and completed further Teacher Training in Yoga for Cancer and Yin with MFR.

I currently work with clients impacted by cancer on a 1:1 basis, either in person at my home studio or via Zoom.

My aim is to help you build a personal toolkit tailored for your own cancer journey.
