Beginner to Intermediate Classes
Join me at 9.30am on Mondays or Wednesdays for a nourishing vinyasa flow following the fringe.yoga method.
Connecting with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air, we focus on a different area of the body and its corresponding chakra.
Each class includes breath-work, movement and guided relaxation.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate level or those who enjoy a slower flow.
Midweek Chill - YIN
Join me for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic yin class at 7.00pm every Wednesday.
Yin is a slow-paced and nurturing style of yoga focussing on holding poses for several minutes to target the deeper connective tissue as well as hydrate the body’s fascial network. This practice allows time to yield into each pose and enter a calm and meditative state of mind.
